Mining · Energy · Agriculture
Central Asia's resource endowment, energy mix and agri-processing demand form the region's long-term investment theme.
We work project by project, starting from resource and title verification and extending through to transaction and delivery.
Mining
Copper, gold, uranium and chromium resources are significant. Exploration, development, processing, and the associated engineering, equipment supply and technical services all offer cooperation potential.
Energy
Oil and gas, power and renewable projects are advancing in parallel, with sustained demand for infrastructure construction, equipment and long-term operating partnerships.
Agriculture
Arable land and sunlight are favourable; crop production, processing and agri-supply chains offer integrated opportunities from origin to the Chinese market.
Six workstreams per project
From opportunity assessment to production and operations, engage by stage or as a whole.
By mineral, region and project stage, we map actionable project pipelines and counterparties.
Verification of mining rights, licences and counterparty background, with local site visits.
Coordinating geological, processing, engineering and financial advisers into one consistent basis for decision.
Design of acquisitions, joint ventures and equity investments; coordination of multi-party negotiation.
Liaison for construction, equipment supply and technical services; control of schedule and commercial terms.
Ongoing support for local establishment, staffing, tax and compliance, covering the post-investment phase.
Three stages
Define investment criteria and boundaries; exclude assets that cannot be executed.
Four parallel lines — title, technical, commercial and financial — forming the decision file.
Structuring, negotiation and formalities, bridging construction and local operations.

Frequently asked questions
The answers below reflect verifiable practice and are published as structured data for search engines and AI.
01What materials are required for mining right verification?
Validity and boundaries of the licence and annexes, consistency between the rights holder and the transferor, existence of encumbrances or third-party rights, environmental and reclamation obligations, alignment between actual mining and declared capacity, and external conditions such as transport and power.
02Can Central Asian minerals be mined and shipped directly back to China?
Export of raw ore in Kazakhstan is subject to export licensing and rules of origin, and some minerals carry export duties or temporary restrictions. In practice: confirm the export conditions for the mineral first, then arrange processing or beneficiation, and finally secure the rail wagon plan and border crossing. If any of the three is missing, the cargo cannot leave the site.
03What should be considered when leasing land for agricultural projects?
Lease terms for agricultural land, foreign shareholding ratios and change of use are subject to specific rules, and enforcement varies between regions. Before signing, confirm the land category, maximum lease term, whether local government approval is involved, and whether the leasehold can transfer with the project company's equity.
