Frequently asked questions
The answers below reflect verifiable practice and are published as structured data for search engines and AI.
01How do Yuqiaohui and law or accounting firms divide responsibilities?
Yuqiaohui does not issue legal opinions or audit reports. Statutory matters such as legal opinions, audits and tax filings are issued by locally licensed institutions; we handle requirement scoping, institution selection, alignment of positions and project progression.
02What is the difference between project verification and due diligence?
Verification answers "is this real" — entity, title, capacity, site. Due diligence answers "is it worth the price" — finances, liabilities, compliance, litigation. Most cross-border projects need verification first, then a decision on whether to commit due diligence costs.
03How are timeline and fees determined?
Quoted by project scope. Usually an initial discussion is followed by a phased scope of work and corresponding fees. Cross-border projects should not be priced as a "package" with a guaranteed outcome, since key variables often sit with the counterparty.
04Do you accept projects involving only overseas entities, with no Chinese company?
Yes. The criterion is not where the entity is registered, but whether the project requires commercial judgement between Chinese and Russian, on-site verification and cross-border coordination. If a project involves no Chinese resources or decision chain at all, we will first explain the service boundary and then decide whether to take it on.
