ENTITY SETUP & LOCAL SUPPORT

Company registration is only the first step. Bank account opening, tax registration, recruitment and licence applications each have separate processes and material requirements.

We complete these items locally in sequence, so that the newly established company can operate in the shortest possible period.

01 — WHY IT MATTERS

Registration completed
does not mean you can operate

A business licence only confirms that the legal entity exists. Accounts, tax categories, personnel and licences are the real conditions for operation.

01
Account opening is harder than registration

Banks increasingly scrutinise source of funds, ultimate beneficial owners and business substance; insufficient materials lead to repeated returns, with each correction cycle around two weeks.

02
Tax categories and filing deadlines unclear

VAT registration, social security and personal income tax filing periods and penalties must be tracked locally; overdue costs are significant.

03
Personnel and licence progress lagging

Work permits, labour quotas and sector licences take long to obtain and must start alongside the opening plan, not be remedied afterwards.

02 — SCOPE OF WORK

Scope of work

Engage as a combined mandate,
or as a single workstream.

01
Entity establishment and registration

Full handling of name approval, charter, registered address and tax registration.

02
Bank account and funding route

Account opening documents, attendance at signing and compliance explanation of cross-border funding routes.

03
Tax, accounting and HR set-up

Tax category determination, filing calendar, payroll and social security scheme.

04
Licences and ongoing maintenance

Applications for sector and work permits, plus ongoing maintenance of annual reports, changes and deregistration.

“

Registration takes about ten calendar days; full operating capability takes about ten weeks.
