Corporate Tax Practice
and Risk Prevention
Tax categories, filing cycles, e-invoicing and transfer pricing rules differ from the working logic of domestic finance teams.
Related risks often surface only at a tax audit or on profit repatriation.
High-frequency problems cluster in three areas: incorrect tax categorisation, related-party pricing without contemporaneous documentation,
and cross-border payments that do not correctly apply withholding tax treatment under the tax treaty.
These issues usually do not appear in the current period but surface at audit, repatriation or exit,
at a remediation cost far above ex-ante compliance. The course is built around the company's actual books, integrating filing, accounting,
documentation and audit response into one chain rather than teaching by tax category.
The course uses anonymised real case structures; participants can compare their own books and filing process
to identify documents to add, conventions to adjust and files to prepare.
